Who We Are
Span Consultech is a venture of Span Divergent Limited (formerly Span Diagnostics Ltd), a public limited company with a legacy of more than fifty years. Throughout that history, Span has been considered a trusted partner by its customers and associates across the many phases of a business.
We carry the rich experience of aligning every process expected of a public limited company, from systems and processes through to governance and compliance. Our team has worked across manufacturing, research and development, sales and marketing, the setting up of distribution channels, export marketing, and the establishment of strategic business partnerships, including joint ventures and business transfers.

Dr. Pradip Desai founds Span Diagnostics, India's first in-vitro diagnostics company.

Operations grow into a WHO-cGMP-accredited facility with 300+ products, ISO 13485 and CE certified.

The in-vitro diagnostics business is divested to a Japanese multinational.

The Group ventures into new businesses, including raw-cashew processing and specialised cleanroom consumables.

Three decades of cross-functional experience.
Our team comprises highly experienced professionals with broad cross-functional experience across diverse projects and assignments over professional journeys spanning three decades. Beyond the parent company and its subsidiaries, they have served corporates of varying sizes, as IPO catalysts, and through business diagnostics, gap assessment, and the implementation of systems.

Veeral Desai
Managing Director
Associated with the Group since 1991 and a pharmacist by qualification, Veeral Desai has led strategic global expansion and multinational tie-ups, and brings deep expertise in establishing new businesses and in plant design across diagnostics and food processing. He is a recipient of the 'Leaders of Tomorrow' award and a Charter Member of TiE.

Director & CFO
Associated with the Group since 1994, an engineer with an MBA, Paras Desai has progressed from the ground level to the Board. His experience spans sales and marketing, product management, exports, finance, ERP, strategic collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence, including three years with the Japanese acquirer following the divestment.

Sujata Desai
Director & COO
Associated with the Group since 1997, an engineer with management education from IIM Ahmedabad, Sujata Desai rose from an instrument-repairs role to the Board. Her expertise covers supply chain, quality, human resources, information technology, ERP, manufacturing audits, and systems, including two and a half years with the Japanese acquirer.

Vice President
A Chartered Accountant, Neev Jogani leads corporate strategy and development. His work spans business planning, mergers and acquisitions, data analytics, and the firm's strategic and automation initiatives.
