    Building a world-class cGMP manufacturing facility

    Context

    A growing diagnostics business needed manufacturing capacity that could meet the most demanding international standards and unlock export markets.

    What we did

    We led the design and establishment of a 35,000-square-metre facility built to WHO-Geneva-approved cGMP standards, with comprehensive quality-management systems and CAPA protocols embedded from the outset.

    Outcome

    India's largest facility of its kind, enabling international accreditation, a 300+ product portfolio, and access to export markets in more than ninety countries.

    A pan-India distribution and cold-chain network

    Context

    Reaching customers nationwide required a distribution capability that could handle temperature-sensitive products reliably and at scale.

    What we did

    We established a network of more than 250 distributors supported by four regional warehouses and a temperature-controlled fleet, with a complaint-redressal and CAPA system to maintain service quality.

    Outcome

    A durable, nationwide route to market that became a core competitive advantage of the business.

    A mature business line was best served by a global owner, and the Group sought to realise its value and redeploy capital.

    What we did

    We prepared the business for sale, investor materials, financial modelling, and due-diligence readiness, and supported the transaction through to completion and a multi-year post-acquisition transition.

    Outcome

    A successful divestment of the in-vitro diagnostics business to a Japanese multinational, and a foundation for the Group's diversification.

    Diversification into food processing

    Context

    The Group sought to diversify into a new sector, building a business from the ground up.

    What we did

    We undertook the business planning and financial modelling, and led the establishment of a raw-cashew-nut processing plant, including the operational systems for a start-up environment.

    A successful entry into food processing, extending the Group's record of building businesses across sectors.
