End-to-end IPO advisory, from pre-IPO business restructuring through to post-IPO compliance, working alongside the company rather than advising from a distance.

A listing rewards readiness, not ambition, and readiness is built over months. In the pre-IPO phase we get the business ready: rebuilding the financials to Ind AS, re-engineering the close to the thirty to forty-five days a listed company must meet, putting tested internal financial controls in place, cleaning up the group structure, and building a board that genuinely governs.

Through the transaction we coordinate across the merchant banker, legal counsel, statutory auditors, and company secretary, so the formal process proceeds without surprise and the business prices on its strengths rather than its unanswered questions.

After listing we help the business meet the continuing obligations of a public company, disclosure, compliance, and investor communication, drawing on our own first-hand experience of operating as a listed entity.
